Refund & Cancelation Policy

Refunds for .MUSIC domains purchased through register.MUSIC, operated by my.MUSIC, are issued at the discretion of my.MUSIC and require acknowledgment of the Terms of Service. Activation and use of a .MUSIC domain also require successful identity verification. Failure to meet verification requirements does not qualify for a refund; instead, the domain will remain in an "inactive" status until the initial renewal period expires (canceled) or the verification requirements are fulfilled. Domains in inactive status cannot be used but will remain registered under the user’s account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site without prior notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.
